The regulations determine the conditions of the stay in the apartments of warsawrent.pl
By making a reservation you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
§ 2. GENERAL INFORMATION
The apartments are rent only for housing purposes and only to adults.
The booking fee includes a fully equipped flat with free WiFi. The guaranteed fittings include bedding, bedclothes, towels, liquid soap, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tv, coffee and tea.
Paid public parking spaces are available in the street in front of the building, paid from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The reservation is not possible.
§ 3. RESERVATION
Reservation of an apartment can be made on our web page warsawrent.pl, through the cooperating reservation platform and by phone: (+48) 606 231 231.
There are two types of reservations: non-refundable and standard.
The non-refundable reservation is cheaper but requires full upfront payment and cannot be cancelled, under any circumstances. In special cases warsawrent.pl may agree to change the date of the reservation.
Standard reservation does not require an advance payment and can be cancelled free of charge up to two days before the check-in date. If the standard reservation is not guaranteed by the Guest’s credit card, it requires and advanced payment of one-day accommodation which is non-refundable in the case of the cancellation is made later than 48 hours before the arrival date.
Warsawrent.pl is not obliged to return charges for unused part of the accommodation.
Warsawrent.pl can reject the reservation made by the Guest who violated the terms and conditions during their previous stay.
§ 4. CHECK-IN AND ROOM KEY COLLECTION
Check-in starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the latest check-out is at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the departure.
Unless agreed otherwise, the check-in and the key collection takes place in the office of warsawrent.pl at 63A Złota street, flat no. 2, Warsaw.
The Guest is obliged to present his identity card or passport. He or she may also be asked to show the credit card which was used to prepay the reservation.
The accommodation fee is due on arrival, when receiving the the room key, unless the payment was made before.
Warsawrent.pl can refuse to check into the hotel the Guest who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
§ 5. THE STAY
The guest can use the apartment for houising purposes only and cannot sublet it. The number of people staying in the apartment is limited to the number declared in the reservation.
Children aged 0-4 can stay free in our apartments.
Pets are not allowed.
Organizing of events or parties in the apartments is strictly forbidden. The guests are obliged to obey the rules of coexistence and respect the quiet night hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
If the point 4 of the rules of the stay is contravened, the penalty of PLN 500 will be charged. If the guard or the police intervention is necessary, the penalty of PLN 1 000 will be charged and the booking agreement will be terminated with the immediate effect. The client is obliged to cover the cost of the possible damage.
Cigarettes smoking is forbidden in all our apartments. Violation the of the smoking ban results in the penalty of PLN 500 (the cost of the ozone treatment and the apartment block).
The apartments are cleaned before the arrival and after the departure of the Guest. The additional cleaning and extra change of linens and towels during your stay is possible for an additional fee.
The Guest bears financial responsibility for the damages resulting from their behaviour or the behaviour of the invitee staying in the apartment with the consent of the Guest.
In the case personal belongings are left in the apartment, the Guest shall be informed about it on the day of the departure. Unless we are instructed otherwise by the Guest, the goods will be disposed of after 14 days.
The Guest personal data shall be processed by warsawrent.pl for the purpose of managing the reservation only.
